Cool shot posted on Urbantoronto from the eclipse. If you look along Broadview Ave you can see 1000's of phone screens capturing the experience.

I do see that Verve Condos has the diagonal cut for the pedestrian street.

The blue buildings in the middle, what's that supposed to be?
There was an office building and twin condo proposal for that blue section years ago. Nothing has happened. Not sure if it's being redesigned or not.

Yes, it's like hoarding, just at 150-200m in the air.

From ubottawa on Skyrise. The one under construction on the left (Relevé), tucked behind on the escarpment, will end up taller than everything but the two tallest in the image. A new tower (Renaissance Marriott) next to that one will be the new tallest among those visible. Both will have a similar design with curves and angled roof line.

And behind the tallest on the right (East Flats), two new red gradient towers are u/c, one will be a meter shorter than East Flats, the other will be the tallest in the area by nearly 60 feet. Their elevation between East Flats and the Escarpment will further highlight their height.

The library is also visible, and will be obscured by East Flats Tower 2 (which will be shorter than the others discussed above).

oh wow ya, Toronto is looking very very major leagues in these pictures. It doesn't please me to praise another city lol, but credit where it's due, and that's some serious build-up, height, and variety. The first picture is zoomed in one on small area, yet the amount of density in just that frame is monstrous, and wayyy more than most cities have in their entire downtowns, in just one part of Toronto's.

First pic reminds me the rarity of sun rise pics. Most other orange sky shots posted here face towards Missy

From hoggytime on Skyrise. Excavation for 31 and 36 storey towers has started behind the tower in the centre.
