Well, the way I see it, is if they ever do realize that they are gonna have to destroy the building, the LL will try to relocate the tenants in another of his buildings. If the Tenants refuse to be relocated, the LL can Annul their lease. and the Tenants wikll be forced to move elsewhere.
BY teh way, according to Emporis, this tower has 14 floors, when in reality on 6 of them are office floors. I've never had the pleasure of going inside this building
, i can just assume that the first 8 floors are for parking.
In any case, the building has a grand total 152,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 of which are unoccupied.
Even if they were to destroy the building, i'd be surprised to see anything replace it anytime soon, as it would only create the nedd for about 100,000 square of office space from many different tenants!
