Interesting tid bit on the air quality side of things. They boast a 100% fresh air supply exchange. One of the benefits of this building.

It will arguably be the nicest tower in Canada. At least in the +200 meter group, I'd say the top 3 will be Scotia Plaza - 275 meters, The Bow - 236 meters, and Telus Sky - 222 meters.




Just walked by the site and the core form has been moved up. There is now concrete above street level at Telus Sky

^^^ Very true air quality is important in todays buildings. I have worked in a few here in Calgary and some are stuffy inside.
