I'm guessing. But probably not. It might take them a while still as far as logistics go. Finishing up the land acquisition. Moving the houses. Finishing the design/architecture/what-have-you for the building. Etc.

We still don't have any specifics on the building plans. Is it a hotel/condo building? Or another 1000+ room hotel?
