There is about 4 meters deep limestone plat. After is clay. (photos by Oleg Makarov)


On most part of pit, plat already gone...

Znaesh, v New Yorke pomoika - eto ne prosto zabroshennoe mesto. Pomoika New Yorka - samaya visokaya tochka landshafta i odin iz treh obyektov, vidnih iz kosmosa nevooruzennim glazom. Drugie dva - velikie piramidi i Kitaiskaya Stena.

Very impressive project, I like it a lot, btw, Moscu must be the hardest place in the world to build up a tower because of the long winters it have.

Doesn't that whole new complex remind you of some futuristic movie?

I'm really impressed and hope they can build everything that is proposed there. That will be amazing when it is done. I could see that as a backdrop for Russia getting the olympics in 2020.
