CHICAGO | Cabrini Green Redevelopment
Cabrini-Green RFPs were due on 6/29 after being extended from an initial due date in mid-April I believe. The webpage has been removed from Chicago's website.
Only three sites were released for the RFP. One was directly west of the Target on Division. The second is at Clybourn & Larabee where the biker was hit a few years ago. The third was South of Division near Cleveland and Oak I believe. What are we thinking we'll see? What are we hoping to see?
I personally think Division's streetscape is improving. North is still pretty bad IMO.
