Change to city diagrams

The city diagrams have changed, they no longer include proposed buildings by default.

While proposed buildings are exciting to see in the diagrams, some city diagrams were getting overwhelmed with them. Proposed buildings will now appear in a secondary diagram linked to from the standard diagram.

This goes for country and state diagrams as well. They all now include only buildings that have been built and those which are under construction. This provides a more accurate view of what a city really looks like.

I didn't see this post until now. I was actually really happy to see that change because like you said it was causing clutter but with todays economy there's no many proposals notoriously getting cancelled or going nowhere now the dragrams are much more realistic

EDIT: I also noticed that you can no longer delete buildings that are awaiting approval, why is this? just curiouse I tend to upload drawings, re-evaluate it and then make improvement then upload them again haha
