^ Thanks, there's a bunch of forms up in the alley, looks like some kind of engineering going on, do you know what that's about?

Here is the hotel that is rising on J St. Unfortunately it blocks most of the view of the arena. Didn't realize that this is going to be packed in to tight and won't even really be that visible from most angles.

I am very impressed with the pedestrian plaza and overall finish and design of the new Golden 1 Center. Here are some pics I took last night:


Walking west from K St.:





Seating:
(there are hidden speakers with nature sounds like ducks quacking, water rippling, and birds chirping. Not sure how I feel about this, would rather have the real thing)



Living wall surrounding the ground level:
(Good example of how to make a monstrous monotonous structure appealing at the pedestrian level)


Grand entrance:


Huge LED screens near entrance:
