Thanks for the updates russbaseball! I can't tell, but it looks like they started work on the rear portion of the tower base as well.

I can't tell how much of the lot this building will fill, and the render is old and outdated. Will the structure span further back -- where there is currently just dirt -- and come closer to abutting Kennedy House or Penn Center? (Whichever one of those two that building is. Both are similarly dismal structures in the same general location and I get them confused). I'm guessing the answer is yes as this is currently pretty narrow. But it's a big lot.

Not sure if this is news or if it has been mentioned before but today I noticed a sign announcing a CVS will be located in this building. Hadn't noticed the sign before, though I see now it is in summers shot from yesterday.
