It's going to be more than a couple months. The plaza has a long way to go as well as the area behind the building. They have had some issues back there. There also has been continual issues in the whole area surrounding this, Perelman and Smilow in regards to sink holes. They are checking area's of previous construction for buried debris that may be causing issues.

Well I meant for the completion of the actual building.

Agreed. This building is outstanding! It's leagues ahead of the other buildings to go up in the hospital complex recently.

Beautiful! But it pains to me to see this building hidden (and shorter) behind one of the city's most hideous buildings. Wish it was more prominent. Oh well. A great addition nonetheless.

Unfortunately it seems to be the least prominent from a skyline and visibility standpoint. Imagine if a larger version of this building replaced that Perelman debacle going up next door.

This one like Colket is vertically expandable so maybe in the future it will rise above its neighbor.

Judging by the amount of work still to go, I would say about 2 solid months from opening and another year or so to finally finish all the work outback.

Beautiful building. Shame it's buried behind that ugly behemoth. I wish those two buildings were switched. Oh well.

I was thinking this was going to end up looking stupid but it actually looks insanely good.
