The roofs are close but Spire's crown is about 100'. With 29 floors and no crown Hanover would need 12' ceilings to be 400'.

I wonder when they're gonna start putting in the glass for the office building. Kind of tired of just looking at a naked skeleton.

This skinny side is my favorite angle of the tower.

The whit won the siding looks nice and dare I say the parking deck along juniper actually looks fairly interesting. I’m enjoying how this one is turning out. Really hoping 8th & Peachtree gets off the ground to compliment this on the same block

The crane is coming down.
The trim between the windows is being installed on the east side and looks fantastic.

Midtown is looking really good from this angle. The city is really getting thick. I think that it may have finally reached critical mass. Any new infill from now on will only be the cherry on top.

I'm hoping the 8th & Peachtree Cousins project gets off the ground soon! Would make this block feel pretty busy!

^Does look great! That picture also really illustrates that while recent additions to Midtown might not have a huge impact on the skyline, the increase in density is fantastic. Just look at all the recent bulk added in that shot by Hanover, NCR I&II, CODA, Trace, 915, and Broadstone.

Agreed. Now if we could only get rid of the most offensive parking lot in Midtown...the lot where Eviva dreams died.

At this point I'd be happy with a 24 story Novare glass box with a decent street presence on that lot. That lot does so much to kill the urban vibe in that area.

This title is surely reserved for Dewnothing's lot on 10th?

While it will be exciting for Dewberry to be developed at 10th, it is not an eyesore or distracting to the fabric of high rises surrounding the area. Actually my family always stops and enjoys the lawn chairs and games there when we take walks with guests from out of town. There are always people chatting and people watching there. It’s similar to a nice pocket park and complements the Fed across the street in essence.

On the other hand, the Eviva site is trashy and dirty. My family speeds up as we walk by it. The site is a definite drag on the area.
