Update

Whats up guys,

I know you all want to see textures, but studying for exams comes first, so heres something short in the mean time.

The first shot is an overview of the city. I added some new buildings and did some work on existing ones. I know its not much, but it was something quick I did on my lunch break.

Some of the new buildings include mid-rise residential units, the police headquarters, a small office building, a couple new bridges etc.... nothin much.

You will notice that the police headquarters is quite large. That is due to the funding provided by the major corporations in the city. Kind of I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine scheme. In other words its payment for protection. And in this city, there is alot of money to protect.

Here's a bonus shot:

Thats all for now. Possibly another update tomorrow.

I'll give you one more............

This is the plaza of the of the World Headquarters of Grissum Industries. Franco Grissum is beleived by the HPD to be involved in organized crime as well in having the title of a mobster. His net worth is estimated at 500 million. There have been many homicides in this building, all of which having connections to his crime family. Though he has been to court numerous times, there has never been enough evidence to convict Grissum himself. He is on close watch by the FBI as well as the HPD. He has a penthouse in this building on the top three floors (63, 64, 65).

Today's update:

The first shot is the new renovated plaza of the Avon Shipping Corporation Building. The large red and white "A" stands along with some fountains.

This next shot shows the top of the Avon Shipping Building. The Company logo is shown on the side of the building, while the new helipad rests ontop.

One final shot of the Avon Building from a street perspective.......

This is a view above the Financial District. You see the Headquarters of Castleton Insurance, Wentworth Financial, The World Financial Plaza... >>>>>

This is a view from inside Franco Grissum's penthouse on the 65th floor of his building. The police station is always insight....................

Here is a view from Franco Grissum's rooftop balcony. The view is priceless. >>>>>>>>>>>

Thats all for now...................................

Update to end the day.....

This first shot is one of the 9/11 memorial that was built in Riverside park. From this perspective, it looks as if they were in the skyline.

Heres is a shot of the city. i added some new things and made the city bigger. Some new additions include a new park, couple new bridges, historic district, church, new corporate headquarters, stock exchange.........

Thats all for now, enjoy........................

Today's Update:

I made some changes so here you go....

This shot is one showing some new tenants as well as new corporate headquaters I added. One is JP Morgan Chase.
Another is the WERN record company. This building was originally home to Wentworth Financial. The company sold the building to WERN in 2005. Originally WERN wanted to remove the "w" from the top of the building for a rooftop club, but corporations fought it and one. Luckily for them there is a "W" in their name.
Another is HRON Software Company. The company name is the first name initials of the four founders. All of which are billionares.
The building next door is the Oceanic Insurance Building, recently completed in 2006. the building directly infront of the Oceanic is the Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange Tower.
In the background you can see that ugly yellow and black arena. That is the home of the Hutchinson Hornets Hockey Team. Currently the owners are looking to build a new arena. This current one built back in 1964 is too small and is an eyesore to the city. Not something this city is proud of. The team itself is not as bad as their stadium. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

This is a shot of the historic district. The historical society fought hard to keep the part of the city intact, but a few modern highrises got in. >>>>>>>

Thats all for today....................
