As do I. Finally some warmth and texture. It's a welcome departure from those sterile all glass facades.

I don't know the difference in price point but, I was expected the quality of its neighbour and not some ordinary window wall with poorly imagined spandrel panels. Some brownish red buttresses aren't fooling me.

Exactly the way I feel. It looks like a glorified Milan Residences with similar spandrel.

I am getting sick of all these misleading renderings. We were expecting "light and airy" cladding, as suggested in the rendering below, but instead we get dark spandrel!

The spandrel is pretty dissapointing.

Secretly, Im hoping they omit those protruding boxes. They do no favors for the design.

I can imagine the gold will actually be bronze glass which is also know as the brown glass which was the first tinted glass used on condos in Toronto.

I dont mind the bronze glass.

I just think the black cladding around the protruding section looks cheap
