New stairs

Hope they are alright

No Hand rails, so I wouldn't advice climbing up or down when drunk.

Seriously, much better if instead of the stairs it would have an elevator... because if owner this house can afford 2 expensive cars, he/she/it can do for a small lift...

Nice designs! I especially like the top one. The middle on is a bit cartoony for my taste, though. But what type of buildings are they!?

Yeah the second is really cartoony. Really like the last one though.

The first one is a house...I initially planned to design as part of a house range..with ideology based on my grandfather's house...but I haven't done that....I don't know if I ever will

the second one is a mall...i have now lost the sketchup file...........after my computer crashed..so i will never be able to edit it unless i redesign it

the third one was initially a residential building..but I think it will end up being residential/sporting complex......I am currently working on the design with different render engines

Here is what I got with Vray

The last render I used was Artlantis..I hate to admit it but Vray is more powerful, it isn't a better all round software but it is a better render engine.

I did a google image search of Night renders and tried my best to mimick some of the ideas that I saw.

this is what I produced. I decided to use a light emmiting surface as opposed to having internal lights, so that there would be a consistency in lighting.

What is wrong with this night render?

Really nice designs! I especially like the twin towers connected at the top. All the images give me a sense of a place somewhere in Africa. Did you have a specific place in mind when making the models?

What renderer did you use? They don't look like Kerkythea or Vray renders.

Hello TBite. I think that this is my first time viewing your work. I've got to admit, the elevated house with those stairs is wierd and quirky to the point of being ridiculous... but I liked it! That's definitely not your typical suburban real estate.

The spiral towers that you posted back on January 13 are absolutely incredible. They look like they were inspired by a DNA strand.

Wishna Towers is a pretty cool complex. I think it would make an interesting addition to the Chicago skyline.

Well I am from Africa..but when I designed those models..I didn't really have any location in mind.

I use Artlantis as my second choice renderer and fryrender as my first choice renderer.

I like that design! It feels modern and traditional at the same time.
