2 lot redevelopment - Edmonton

Given the complete wasted use of this corner at the moment and potential for another amazing contribution to the area, I figured I would give it a shot.

Corner lot - Sobeys style 2 level urban grocery with garage doors facing 124st for produce stands in nice weather. Attached to it would be a 3 storey restaurant with massive 3rd level patio to overlook the area and city. Think Chili's on whyte for the layout.

104ave lot - 3 storey condo with main floor retail CRUs. Simple, clean, modern.

I like it. I wish that I could do buildings like you. Every time I make a model of a building on SU I add too much details making it look overcrowded with things. You just make them look right.
