They're working on the hotel but it's taking forever!

The format and design is a little different now. The hotel is under construction, but seems to have stalled over the past 2 months.

Nothing overly striking about the hotel. Would have liked a better design at grade. As proposed it really doesn't meet the street well. Hopefully the windows are transparent/non-tinted.

I can not for the life of me figure out why they built the hotel first.. Wouldn't you build that last? Who would want to stay in a hotel in the middle of a huge construction site?

Also the street level onto Erb is awful, I have to walk past it whenever I go into Uptown and it does not interact with Erb at all.
