Very nice shot indeed...kind of looks liked Edmonton today.

Looks like it's possibly shot from 14th St SW?

Address listed on Flickr says 2227 13 Ave SW but the view just doesn't make sense from that location.

That address is wrong. That area is pretty flat. I think that pic was taken closer to the old Children's Hospital.

2227 13th Street is certainly possible. I recognize that concrete canyon of a driveway, although I'm fairly sure it no longer exists. I can't remember exactly where it was.
