Quirkiest city and town names

Just to get started:

Truth or Consequences, NM
Walla Walla, WA
Cut 'N Shoot, TX
Bullhead City, AZ
Boca Raton, FL

And for well known cities:

Buenos Aires (because of what it translates to)
Phoenix

There's also Dildo Head and Spread Eagle in the same region.

My favourites are the happy ones. Heart's Content, Heart's Desire, Heart's Delight, Fair Haven, Paradise, etc.

And the insulting ones. Petty Harbour, Witless Bay.

Elsewhere in Canada I think Medicine Hat, Red Deer, Moose Jaw, etc. are all really bizarre.

Okay, obviously this isn't in line with what this thread is intended to be, but here are some actual city/town names that, for whatever reason, i've come to like the most:

Portland
Lakewood
Victoria
Whistler
Crescent City
Aurora
Newport
Rapid City
Great Falls

No offense but those seem bland and common. I was looking for names you don't see every day.

Yeah, true, I changed it to reflect more what I was looking for. I couldn't figure out what I wanted to call it originally.

One obvious one I forgot was Hong Kong. A name like that feeds right into the various stereotypes people have about the sounds and combinations of Mandarin words.

Sorry if it offends but sexual innuendos can be so childish or at the very least overdone. That said, Intercourse, PA and Fucking, Austria are names that humor me.

There's a ghost town called Two Guns, AZ somewhere east of Flagstaff along the Coconino/Navajo county lines.

Hell, Michigan
