This is going to be THE core problem in the Rainey district in the next 5-7 years as these projects all start to be completed. Traffic flow is going to be completely awful.
Not even sure how they fix it, to be honest. Rainey's the only major north south option, and as we've said, it doesn't even go all the way to Cesar Chavez. You can't really turn East into a full north south corridor because it's a one-way exit ramp from I-35 for much of its length.
I don't personally like it, but a bridge makes the most sense, IMO.
