Is mass photo editing possible?

Quick question...

Is there a quick way to do "mass" editing of photographs rather than one by one? (This question is especially in regards to adding standardized borders and signatures.) What about mass posting?

In Photoshop, you can create an action to add a border and a signature, and then use the action on a batch of files. I don't know about other software that can do this, however.

I use mass editing as Upward explains.

For mass posting, you can easily do it with search/replace tool in word...
