i was lucky to see it fully lit up (in blue) flying in this evening. sadly didn't get a pic, but it is truly stunning.

Me too! Flew in last night and was driving on 95 North...the whole thing was bright blue and by far the most eye catching piece of the skyline.

CITC also had the red flashy lights (that's the technical name) on top of the core and really showed how prominent that will be once completed.

As a side note, the amazing views driving up from the airport are quite distracting.

Wow this is just a stunning picture. I can't even believe this is Philadelphia. If any out-of-towners are still harboring Rocky-era misgivings about Philadelphia, it would be impossible to take a northbound train into the city without having a WTF moment.

IMO, FMC will be the "signature" Philly scraper for awhile. Comcast Innovation is spectacular, but not FMC spectacular.

You can see the tiny crane for Market Place in the background. So unfortunate that a company with a not so great track record like PMC appears to be the most aggressive developer in the city.

Market Place addition should probably be 2 seperate tall sleek towers instead of the sprawling mass that PMC is going to add.
