The balconies still look like crap, but they do look a little better now that the remainder of the white paneling is complete or near complete.

What I like about this building is that it looks like it belongs there.
It's as if it were meant to be at that location.
It really compliments the skyline, adds density and looks more modern than other generic residentials we typically see.

Eh. Mandeville Place belongs here. I'm STILL bitter about that one!

You mean in the picture generally? Mandeville was not planned for the spot.

The Schuylkill River skyline works for me!
Just keep adding more towers and I'm good to go!

This is the Harvey Dent of condo buildings. From the north I kind of like it but from the south...

Finished product is actually far better than I expected. Not bad considering. Fits in well with surroundings.

Yes, I saw this last night as the sun was setting when walking down Walnut from University City back to Center City. A nice surprise! Really complements FMC and Cira.

On Sat. and Sun. about half of the upper strip light was green. So this might turn out to be multi-color when its done.
The blue is a bit too bright for my taste, but a lot better then nothing.
I wonder if the condo owners will have any control over the lights, as in who wants to have a nice quiet drink on your balcony if you're suddenly turned into one of the Blue Men.
