These are renders...I like 45 E 22nd St. But as a general matter, I think I prefer the 111 Murray shape. We'll need to see what the real thing looks like, though.

New Images of 111 Murray's Landscaped Terrace and Plaza Designed by Edmund Hollander

An elegant and soaring silhouette will be added to the downtown Manhattan skyline in the coming years, and at its base will be a gracious new plaza open to the public. Named 111 Murray Street, the 64-story condominium is being designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates with Goldstein, Hill & West as executive architects. The tower will be distinguished by its curvaceous glass exterior that culminates in a graceful, distinctive crown. Fisher Brothers joined forces with the Witkoff Group and Howard Labor in 2013 to purchase the site at 111 Murray Street for $223 million, which was previously a 1983 mid-rise built for The College of Insurance. The tower is expecting completion in 2018.

This tower is going to look great and it's location is so perfect.
The density around 7 WTC and Goldman Sachs just fits so well.

It looks like they have done eight floors between the September 10th photo and the October 12th photo.

They're moving at a fast clip, no?
