I really like the black detailing on this; it appears to be one of the more unqiue residential towers planned in the city.

Me too. My first thoughts when I saw the black was "wow". It really makes it stand out in a positive way.

Yeah, it really looks strong and it makes it pop. You can only have so much silver-blue glass and beige stone/concrete before it starts to get boring. The black trim really defines the shapes and angles.

Very classy looking tower. Very subtle angles and the thick black outlines create a great looking curtain wall. I give it a thumbs way up!

Very slick design indeed. Nice to see Toronto expanding its high rise colour palettes for condos.

This project sold out in a matter of days. I guess it's no surprise since it's a purely investor condo with 80% of units under 600 sq ft.

I suspect we should see construction beginning late Summer or early Fall? Even if it is an investor condo, it's great to see this area developing.

Not a surprise, but that is ridiculously small foot prints even for a condo.

That is a crazy market to sell it out in a matter of days, even if it is investors.
