This is turning out way better than the render! I don't think it's possible for renders to truly capture the way top quality limestone looks.

What's going on with the windows? Are some of these fake, meaning they are somehow formulated into the external wall but don't function as windows internally? That's sort of what it looks like based on the formulation process in some of these photos. If so, more buildings need to do this! Avoid blank expanses of wall.

520 Park Ave, top drawer, Jeeves ! . .
has now surpassed the elegant heights
of the Pierre and the Sherry Netherland . . as well as
the Frank Williams apt tower (that is actually ON Park Ave)
to the East . . to the South, IM Pei's Four Seasons tower on 57th,
is of similar elegant design & proportion . . genteel turrets all . .
continuing to lavishly wrap the Midtown skyline up & around
the Park's SE corner, at the base of the upper East Side . .
in an opulent progression . . perfection . .
