Another proposal has come about at 10th and Speer in Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood. 1000 Speer has had many designs in the past. Present day, Snavely Development is planning a 16-story 224-unit apartment building. Back in 2007 this site was proposed for a 19-story condo tower.

Construction has started:

The project is now known as EnV Denver, with a total height of 187 feet.

Za? I didn't even know this one was under construction, lol. Thought it was still in the pipeline with near-go status.

It will be cool seeing this thing go vertical along Speer.
