Wow, I had no idea First was at the stage it is. I was thinking it was still in the podium stage! Too many projects to keep track of in this city.

Nope, First is halfway up It should be topped out sometime in October I would imagine! It will be 18 storeys not including the elevator/mechanical level.

I was wondering the same thing. The townhouse portions of First are made of wood construction?

The view from the flyover is great now that those towers are making their way into the skyline.

YEEEHAW! East Village's first 100+ meter tower finally above ground! !!!

That beast is going to really make an impact in the skyline. Sure will be lonely up there until it's joined by RioCan though, better get them into sales quick!
