Finally some windows and doors have arrived on site and a few more windows installed. Should start to see some exterior progress happening now.

Not sure what these are, but they arrived on Friday.

Greenway is now completed in front of The Park.

Good to finally see some more exterior work being done.

Great Updates Rockyview. The 13th avenue greenway and the brick on Park look great. I took a look in the show suite and it looks stunning. Sounds like Park only has a few more units left to sell.

Hard to believe this topped out in mid December, and still no glass. Will snow fly before they close this up?

quite possible. Heard they will start installing glass next month. For 15 floors left to be installed, it will take at least 3 months. So Dec/Jan 2015.

Pretty insane how long this project was stalled, basically the entire prime summer construction period. It should have been long done by now.

As far as I know, it's still the same story about the order for the glass being changed halfway through. It looks like interior work is coming along well though.

I heard from someone saying it all because they changed the design from curtain wall to window wall system which is reflected on their new rendering.

Yeah, there was talk about it a while back, and yes, it's definitely reflected in the rendering. I suspect the glass can't be too far off now.

I have been told that Starline windows are starting delivery on September 25th and can install a floor a week. The Park completion is still on schedule for early 2015.

Highly doubt about early 2015 completion, given it will take at least 4 months to install windows.

If they started installing the glass today, I could see completion by late Spring maybe...

They really need to get that glass going.
