Not to be picky because I love seeing highrise construction in Toronto but some of these buildings are technically not under construction by the highrise construction forum rules.
They can be moved to highrise proposals for now.

Besides, 33 storeys? Why are you bothering us with this picayune crap?

If NYC went through a skyscraper slump from 94-97 it can happen to any city. I say bring on the projects! The more the merrier! Filler to landmarks, stubbies to supertalls keep them coming!

True. Forgettable filler creates density.

It's amazing how in Toronto now 33 floors is considered small and nothing worth really noting. I know a lot of other cities would love something this tall. I guess it goes to show how fortunate Toronto has been for decent height construction and proposals the past couple of years. Now, bring on that supertall or two...

I can see the day in 10 or 20 years when Yonge-Eglinton is truly it's own downtown.

especially now that it will have two subway lines intersecting at its heart.

They've topped out, now just to finish the exterior glass and balcony glass and interiors. Tried to upload a pic but my flickr is long long gone. >:=<(
