They have all the perimeter columns up surrounding the core for the buildings p4,and p5 levels.

no one ever mentions anymore that there's gonna be an led facade. highly doubt its gonna be there afterall.

Says there will be led signage on the base around the podium and I think on the crown of the tower. Haven't heard much about this feature lately but don't see why it wouldn't be part of the plan at this point.

^^^ Yeah when it was redesigned from 2 towers to just one, the notion was the base would have LED Lighting and the crown/spire would have it also. That works for me. To much would have been overkill.

I'd rather there not be digital advertising on the podium of the tower, but I can't imagine the developer not putting in another stream of revenue on their tower.

There will be a third TG 1900 tower crane that will climb itself up through the concrete core shortly.

^^^ Yikes. that diagram makes it look a bit un proportional. I think the spire is throwing it off... idk. Blah. Between that and all the renderings showing different this and that and mixed statements from AC martin and Korean air. I'm ready to jump into my time machine, head to 2017 to see the end result just so I can keep my freaking sanity.
