Amazing thread. The skylines of Midtown and Downtown were all impressive throughout the decades. So much has evolved going into the 80's and 90's and now the 2000's. Looking foward towards the next decade, with the new WTC and the many developments currently being built, or in the proposal stages.

This is amazing thread! Manhattan has been crowded and built since the 1930s, when I was not even born yet! It seems that 1960s to 1980s are among the most booming for New York? Or 1930s?
