This could change if they build Foster's nearby tower with the diamond roofs, and in that case we would have, as someone here nicely pointed out, fraternal twins if not identical twins. But as I understand it, Foster's tower may never be built.

For me, this building is part of a new skyline and stands alone (or rather, with the rest of the buildings in the new complex, if 2 and 3 even get built). Although it is reminiscent of the old North Tower, I don't get the same impression that it's missing a twin. Perhaps if only the South Tower had collapsed on 9/11 and the North remained standing, I think that building would definitely have looked odd by itself because it was meant as a twin set. But I think the skyline is being restored to a new normal, with these new buildings.
