The other day I could just start to see metal poking up on this, viewing from 30th St just outside the station. This will add a lot to the view/impression from there!

Roberts Center is the low-key hero of the view from the Schuylkill around Vare Ave entrance. It's made that my favorite view, specifically at sunrise.

Just drove past this development, and it's going to make it even better. Really hoping the height difference between the two is enough to make them distinct and not like a wide block.
