Yes. Of course nothing's certain these days, but I trust JDS+SHoP to deliver (see Steinway).

So the top 20 floors of One Vandy will be decorative? I didn't realize such a large portion on the top would not house any offices. (Look at the night shots)

Yeah, the crown is pretty tall hence the low floor count.
Also, it looks like we'll be getting a cool lighting scheme.
