Yeah I noticed that the Midtown Alliance development tour has already moved it to completed status. They took down the second crane on Saturday. It will suck to lose the webcam because you can watch Apogee and for now Amli Art Center rising via Atlantic House.

It's pointed at downtown today but on the days it aimed at Midtown, this CBS 46 webcam offers a view of these projects from The Atlantic. It's also low resolution but it's all we have left.

I'm noticing those huge barren blocks just east of the connector. Midtown still has tons of room to grow. I just hope they don't get developed as massive super block projects and that streets such as 13th street gets extended. Right now Spring street is pretty deserted north of 10th street.

608 Ralph McGill

So this is probably not the rendering for 608 Ralph McGill after all. JLB also has this as the rendering for a project called Deerfield so I think it is just a placeholder.

A couple of completed or nearly completed projects. I don't like 675 N Highland as much as I thought I would based on the rendering.

I agree about 675. I was excited about the renderings - I don't what happened to make the real thing less pleasing. Perhaps materials' quality. I think Hanover Midtown is going to be really nice - bet there will be some incredible views from there.

I love the black brick...not a fan of the backside of the building though....it just looks awkward and inconsistent.

Just out of curiosity me and a friend stopped by to look at these. They are actually pretty nice, lots of space, great views, but very pricey, YIKES! They did say though that they were built to condo specs and the plan was to convert in a couple of years from apartments.
