I'm not sure I like the 3 notches although I'm sure the tenants will enjoy them. To me it kind of interrupts the ground to roof smoothness. Aesthetically, the shape of the structure is enough without any added features. But again, they did this as a bonus for the tenants

being that they cover 2 floors each.
It looks like Indeed employees would be the only ones with access to the balconies. Maybe they requested them.

Yay, two cranes. The last of the taller cranes will be going away very soon - 70 Rainey, Indy, Zaza and Proper. We're about to get to a point real soon with fewer cranes up Downtown than any time during the last several years. But the Marriott will have two going up pretty soon because excavation looks to be close to hitting bottom.
This Trammell Crow press release was put out after the Indeed lease. There's nothing new in it, but it says the height is 554'. The site plan hasn't been approved, so we don't have the final elevations to verify the height.
