This almost looks complete!
With the future towers being planned, I am personally favoring Philadelphia above New York as a city worth reading here on SSP.

As has been said many times - This is a spectacular design. It is especially impressive as you're entering CC from the airport 0n 76.

are they ever going to put glass on that last patch on the south side? Seems like it's been that way for months.

It is irksome. Also the glass "zipper" looks like a mismatched lot, but I love the building in general.

That's the case at One World Trade Center also. Even after they cleaned all the glass prior to its opening, the mismatched glass is pronounced. Almost as if it's More than just from a different lot of glass - like a different spec of glass or different manufacturer.

Could there be a protective film on the inside of the glass that would need to be removed after installation? If so, they might give it a more uniformed look. Just a theory but if someone had inside knowledge, that would be nice.

I heard the window washing platform broke down before completion and hasn't been replaced due to mechanical defects.

BTW, it's great seeing the entire stretch of the skyline.
With the Schuylkill Yards just years away, the stretch will grow longer.

Wait until all the windows are cleaned and construction dust free.

Just a guess, on the upper tower the last sections of glass installed was in the area where the exterior mounted work elevator was. This area had some kind of platform with doors in it; I assume to keep out the weather. I wonder if the new glass in this area looks different just because of whats presently behind the glass. And once all the interior construction finishes are complete the glass won't look different.
A least I hope something changes.

Just a pop-up one through June. But I hope it's successful, and they make it permanent.
