CHINA BUILDS A 20-ROAD INTERCHANGE FROM HELL

- The Huangjuewan opened last month on the outskirts of Chongqing, a sprawling city in southwest China. The highest of the interchange's five levels soars 12 stories overhead, and the 20 lanes send cars this way and that. Getting the best view required standing on the roof of a building perched on a nearby hill.
