CALGARY | 11th Avenue Place | 144.5 FT / 44 M | 11 FLOORS

This one is already under construction, and thus it seems like a good time to start a thread. It's the First building to be LEED Gold in Calgary's Beltline district.

The rendering looks like a modern day Barron Building.

Yeah it does, doesn't it....though not as nice as the Barron Building lol!

This one is far from special, but it is good Beltline filler.

That was fast. They were just putting the base in last time I was there.

I guess that big wall side painted sign won't be much good in about 1 year's time.

I was surprised to see this one here, but I see that it does meet the height criteria. Not a great building but good filler at least.

They're starting to make some headway! Did this site get affected by the flood?

Not at all. They were working as normal when just down the street others were doing clean up.

I'm glad they didn't get flooded and have kept working. It's not a stellar building by any stretch, but a good filler, and good for the Beltline.

Should put this one up too, so you can see the slab they are pouring.
