The crazy part is that the inside is almost as far as it can go being exposed to the elements. The contractors working on the inside will now have to wait on the glazers to finish off each floor before resuming their work. Not a very efficient work flow on this building.

I have been told by someone at Newland construction that all the windows are arriving next week and Starline Windows can install a floor a week. The project should be all glassed in by end of November. I am really looking forward seeing the end product.

I'm anxious to see how the glazing will look. A week isn't too far off

As with all projects, the glass will make or break this project. I love the massing and setbacks of this tower, so I'm hoping the glass is good and will have been worth this year long wait time. It's hard to believe it's been topped out for a year with virtually nothing major happening since.

Ya. Have you guys noticed the glasses installed on the townhouse are with black frame and dark tinted. I hope these are not the same glasses will be used for the remaining tower.

The Black frame around the windows is only going on the first two floors due to the brick. The rest of the building is going to be all glass, judging by the latest renderings I have seen. It is going to look very slick.

During my lunch break, I saw people there installing window railling on 4th floor. But no signs of windows on site. Isn't it supposed to get all the windows today?

Thankfully there are guys working away at the site or you'd have to start wondering.

Saw a big Starline windows truck this morning dropping off a big delivery. That is a good sign.

I am excited to see windows being installed on this one. I guess because it was sitting like this for too long. I can not even image what it will look like with windows
