I can't help noticing how truly gigantic 432P is when it is in fact that conspicuous at street level from that distance.
Apropos of this tower, there still remains too much exterior stuff to get a feel of what we're really getting except from that bit at the bottom. I suspect that the real thing will differ from the official renders. How much of a difference remains to be seen.

From what I have seen so far, the real thing will be better than the renderings gave a feel for.

This tower is one of the few where decks actually look good, instead of cheap and tacked on.

This building must look so much better in person than it does in pictures. And it looks great in pictures.

Yesterday I overheard a guy talking about the building with his little daughter - who was in love with it. His response was, "yeah, but who'd want to live in it?.."
LOL. If only he knew.

Hm, I see the multi-millionaire creepy bare concrete building is worrying some on here. That's why I like it. It seems nonconformist enough, unintentionally like a middle finger straight in your face while it's just a tall reminder of brutalism, which only the wealthy buttholes will enjoy. Isn't it funny? That's pretty cool to me.

Frankly, I think I feel more mature and comfortable now, and highly respectful of what fucks the norm up like this building is doing today . Besides, that's a Swiss design, eh. For real, the Swiss shit is such a sober but excellent quality that it screws the Germans. They all barbarians are our very neighbors, so we know very well.
