511'. Location in downtown is approximately 33' higher than locations closer to the river so it will appear to be about 140' taller than Block 23

Thanks for the specific height. This tower won't even be as tall as Frost and it will have 2 more floors.

I'll try to keep a hopeful view but I'm a bit more optimistic about 600 Guadalupe then I am about this project.

There was big update to the site plan about a week ago. But unfortunately there was no new building info. It just confirmed that it is a 660,000 sq. ft. office project, and there was no mention yet of the residential building. There was a note saying this will need to go through AULCC. Unless there is an official announcement about this project, the best guess for the next update with building info would be from the weekly AULCC meeting files. I suspect the AULCC meeting about this project will be rather soon.

It's going to be a big building even if it isn't any taller, or much taller than Frost depending on if there's a crown. 660,000 sqf and 35 floors as opposed to Frost's 525,000 sqf and 33 floors. It will make most of our current office buildings look small in comparison.

A second site plan application was filed Monday. The first site plan was for demo and utility work. This one is for the office tower. (No tower details yet)

I'm not sure what this means. Care to clarify?

Ideal scenario:

Inside information about this being a supertall despite what we've heard to the contrary.

Second Part:

Sounds like they're a millennial in their late 20s or early 30s and moving to Austin

Could be wrong about either one, just trying to translate haha

Would be cool if the height increased but pretty sure that it isn't unless they very recently decided to change the overall design and footprint.

It's 36 floors and 512'. It looks interesting.

The elevations are on pages 42 and 43.

512 feet 10 inches. That's going to be huge. So basically the height of the Frost Bank Tower with the width of the Fairmont Hotel. So yeah, big.

They need to release colored renderings. I really like the pointed roof angles.

This appears to be all glass exterior, if so, yeah, what color?? Silver would be nice if not green. I'm curious to see the north and south ends.

The AULCC meeting notes posted today list "Summer 2018" as the start of construction. I was hoping it was sooner.

They need to do demolition on the site before starting construction. That could be the reason?
