What's going on with the BoA plaza? Are they putting in street level retail?

I understood there's no street-level retail stores which are frankly unneeded in the current, foreseeable retail situation, but it would be nice to have a niche for street vendors as proposed for the nearby ATL North Avenue transit point.

Well, what's going on there in general? Street level retail buildout like the Campanile was just a guess. The picture above is on the BoA property, right?

That’s going to be the Winship Cancer Center, a 17 story medical tower that’s part of the Emory Midtown campus.

This, the Anthem Towers and the student housing towers make for good infill. That gap is pretty much closed.
