Journalists, they may get fancy images before we do. But when it comes to counting the number of floors, they suck ass!

Les affair's web site has this interesting article: http://www.lesaffaires.com/secteurs-..._campaign=unis

with this picture:

The base is funky, I like it.

"Nous aimerions commencer la construction au printemps 2013" , dit Michael Dickey, rencontré dans le bureau de ventes du projet.

I like this too!

Haven't you heard? 120m is the new mental barrier in this city. Every 10 years or so we gain 20m!

The website is now up.

There is an interesting brochure on the website.
http://iconecondos.com/media/pdf/mep...ure-V4-web.pdf

I noticed inside the brochure that this building will have a curtain wall design. I also noticed that this building will have a 13th floor. Floors 2-36 are currently on sale. 37 and 38 will probably go for sale later.

Yeah, although it looks roughly the height of a 40 floor tower because of the mechanical floors on top.

20% was sold in 10 days so I believe the construction can start even before!

I cannot wait to see this on the skyline. I am SOOOOOOO glad the city loosened up and is allowing taller buildings in that part of town where they are sorely needed. :-)

I agree! It is probably the best place in the city where a 120m building can still make a significant impact on the skyline!

Great project in a great location. Finally the end of the gap-toothed (parkinglot-strewn) Boul Rene Levesque.

Hummm

Je suis passé devant il y a une semaine. Je n'étais pas au courant. Damn me. J'ai juste à venir ici plus souvent, ou à l'occasion au moins. Bien content de voir ça venir... et les autres projets aussi, comme je peux voir.
