MONTREAL | 400 René Lévesque West | 17 FLOORS | RECLAD
The Montreal based garment company has bought a rather unimpressive looking 17 storey hotel at the corner of Rene-Levesque and Bleury and is in the process of retrofitting it and adding 13 floors on top. I'd reckon the height to be at 100 metres.

The concrete shoe box on the left is the current building.
As of today, the building is currently being gutted is prep work to expand the tower from 17 to 30 floors is under way.
