MONTREAL | Tour Des Canadiens 3 | 168 M / 551 FT | 53 FLOORS

Part of the Quad Windsor project in downtown Montreal. Twin towers of 168M (not 166M)




TDC 3, 430 units



tower on left is TDC 3, tower on the right, TDC 2 is U/C.

So far in the Quad Windsor project

Complete
1. TDC 1- 50 floor condo, 552 units-165M
2. Deloitte office tower, 27 floors, 500,000 Sq. Ft-135M

U/C
1. TCD 2- 590 units, 53 floors, 168M

Proposed
1. TCD3-490 Units, 53 floors, 168M
2. 750 peel- 2 office towers, floors (?), 180M/130M (proposed)
3. 600 peel- 3 condo towers, retail, floors (?) potentially 180M+

Potential final product

And here are the renders for TDC3, a huge downgrade from the previous versions.... sigh... Montreal get's screwed again

This new version looks straight out of 1989 (I think it's the corner balconies..). Would have been a nice building back then, but in 2017, not so much...
