Not sure but I saw these guys (or someone doing the same thing) flying their drone to take these snaps. Pretty cool although they were hogging a hard to find parking spot.

Flickr doesn't play nice with sharing a lot of times. I usually find it easier to upload to Imgur and share the direct link.

Do we have any updated renderings? I googled and couldn't find anything much newer than a couple of years back.

That thing's starting to look like a real building. I'm kinda excited.

EDIT: that viewpoint -- with all the cranes in the background -- really gives a hint at how dense things over there are going to be in a couple of years. Fill in that parking lot with a 72 floor tower and it'll be unrecognizable.

EDIT #2: knowing these things, it also points up how valuable the land under the Hobby building and the court parking garage are going to become in the nearish future.

When the pool deck of this building opens up, it's going to have quite a view. Hopefully, it'll be open to the public.

Whichever developer gets to work on the courthouse block would be smart to offer up Ballet Austin a home in their development in some sort of exchange for the Ballet Austin lot. I'm not sure how one would structure that sort of thing, but I can definitely see a mutually beneficial deal from such an arrangement.

Zaza seems like it's rising in slow motion.

I was thinking the same. This last floor has taken a long time.
