I absolutely love the new hillside viewing/chilling space. Many folks are using it.

Damn Manulife and Commerce compliment each other well and both have withstood the test . With new Manulife podium and a good window washing (and an extra 30metres like that pic exaggerates) it’ll be good for another 40 years!

Not in the near future, but it is the single best location for our next tower. I suspect that it will shift from office to mixed-use/rental apartment, but who knows.

Agree about the location and would add that “park” across Jasper from Commerce to solidify the core.
