Which APARTMENTtower in Midtown erects a crane 1st?

There are so many apartment towers proposed for the Midtown subdistrict that it's damn near impossible to keep up. So, here's Round 2 of the rush to be the 1st apartment tower with a fully operational crane.

You can vote for multiple towers in this poll. It'll be interesting to see which towers will be in the top 3.

YOU CAN VOTE FOR MORE THAN 1 BUILDING.

This poll was designed to assess which buildings you think would break ground 1st, 2nd and 3rd. But, the total number of voters (12) vs the total number of votes (17) are too close in number, which tells me, most of you only voted for 1 building.

Sheesh...

It seems like we're deadlocked in a 2-way tie between Society Atlanta and the Toll Brothers' project at 250 14th St.

But, if you're on the ground, it feels like Society Alanta is mere weeks away from going full throttle.

Looks like Society Atlanta will win this unless something crazy happens.
