MIAMI | (Sunny Isles Beach) - Porsche Design Tower | 641 FT | 57 FLOORS

This building has been mentioned and talked about in several other threads but never had a thread of its own. The Foundation is complete and it is starting to rise.

Most well known for the fact that cars will be parked in each unit accessed via an automated parking system.

Project: Porsche Design Tower
Address: 18555 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles, FL
Developer: Dezer Associates
Architect: Porsche Design / Seiger Suarez
Height: 57 Floors, 641 feet.
Units : 132 Condos, prices start at $4 million and go up from there.

Sunny Isles is getting some serious height. The Mansions also topped off yesterday. 5th tallest in Florida for now.

This building is awesome!

But an elevator for cars? Isn't that kind of excessive?

I'm surprised Ferrari hasn't caught on to the real estate industry in NYC or Miami. A tower with their name would sure draw in the buyers.

The cheapest units go for over $4 million so "poor" would be bit relative. It would need billionaire and non-billionaire entrances.

Love the glass on this tower. Too bad this wan't built in the downtown Miami/ Brickell district instead.
